Silverband® Wound Care Gel is an effective wound care dressing gel for application to many wounds and first-degree burns, including minor sunburn. It utilizes the strong antibacterial effect of a specially formulated Nano Silver complex that, in both clinical tests and trials, has proven to be as effective — or even more so — than many preparations available today. Simply put, it causes bacteria in contact with it to "burst," a process taking an infinitesimal amount of time. The greater the infection, the more effective it becomes.
